This simple contact scheduler based in Microsoft Excel allows any type of business to create a list of contacts, then use those same contacts with automated drop down list to fill out time blocks on a daily calendar. This schedule is fully customizable, allowing you to specify an exact Start Date, Start and End Times, and optional Schedule Intervals of 15, 30 or 1hr. A simple check box allows you to select the exact days of the week you want to appear in your schedule as well an option to add up to 3 Waiting Lists rows for days in which your schedule is full. Appointments can be set for as little as 15 min, up to 4 hours at a time.
